In Netball you need high endurance levels, so you can run up and down the court a lot. You also need a lot of balance and stamina. You need to be good at all different types of passing and throwing (chest past, lob, bounce pass ect) If you're a defender you need to work on your defending and blocking skills. If you're a shooter you need to focus a lot on accuracy and patience.
