The smallest liberal arts college in the Midwest is Shimer College in Chicago, a Great Books college. As of 2009, there were 104 students attending Shimer.

There are many colleges with high acceptance rights particularly public schools in the Midwest and South. What area of the country are u located? There are quite a few private schools that have high acceptance rates also.
Electrical engineering is considered an entry level degree meaning that you should be able to find coursework at just about any accredited university in the Midwest. This means that you should be able to obtain a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from almost any university in the Midwest, including Mankato State University and Baker College.
