By all means yes. If you were to get a bit of splatter or paint shell on your Tippmann Marker, it would be in your best interest to clean it off.
Tippmanns are mechanical markers, therefore water should not harm their internals. Even if they were to have an electronic component (e-trigger) they are still highly water resistant.
If you are looking to clean off your bolt, try to use a softer towel instead of a rougher fabric. Following this you should re lube all of the O-rings.

You can brush it off with solvent then wipe it with a dry rag, or you can use some brake cleaner and wipe it with a dry rag.

Instead of soap, I would substitute a counter cleaner that is free of bleach. After use, wipe the cage down again with a damp rag.

do you mean tree sap ? if so use a little paint thinner in a rag and wipe it off
Get a rag or other cloth and soak it with hot water. Place the rag on your windshield for a few minutes to soften the bugs. Remove the rag and spray it with a waterless cleaner/polish such as Honda polish or Original Bike Spirits. Wipe it off. You could also use something like Windex at this point.
Use all purpose grease to lubricate the rollers on the door. Also be sure to clean out the lower track - stick a vacuum cleaner in there, and wipe it out with a rag to get all the small debris that collects down there.
