Yes you can. If the ball has pace before it meets your head you can definitely put curve on it. I don't know if anyone really tries to because it's hard enough placing the ball without the fancy stuff!

You click view then header and footer this is good when making letters as what ever you put in the header come up every time you add a new page
Header and Footer are not predefined in the HTML. However if you want to use it, then use jQuery for it.
Both. You put both in the paper.
You can add a Gadget to put graphic images in blogger. You can upload or put the photo URL of the image you want to display in the gadget. You can also add graphics into your header by going into the "design" and click "header". Hope this helps.
Use the Freeze Panes option. Put the cursor just under the header row and set the Freeze Panes option to be on, and then when you scroll down, the header rows will remain on the screen. You can also use the Split option, but this is not really for that purpose.Use the Freeze Panes option. A header is something that appears in the top margin of a document. A footer is similar, but appears in the bottom margin. For specific distances from the page you would have to know what style you were using, like APA (the header would be right justified and have a shortened version of the title and the page number) or MLA (the header would be right justified and have the author's last name and the page number). Different companies usually have templates or custom style guides that specify what should be in a header. ...if you are just writing for fun, you can put whatever you want in the header area, of course. :) Most word processing software has an electronic header. For instance, in Microsoft Word, you would choose View --> Header and Footer to see the header and footer area and to put something there.
You put on the hop-up.
Headers can be obtained and put on a ZX2, but I know of no one who makes a header for the standard Escort.
the use of header files is to add functionality. Header files are basically saying put code in that header file here so you don't have to type that many lines of code.
Internet Protocol, or IP, puts a header on every packet that it sounds out. This header is the overhead. All protocols, such as TCP or UDP, will put a header on the packet. The IP header contains information such as source IP address and destination IP address and is used by routers to figure out where to send the packet. ex. you send your friend a 1kb file, but it takes up 1.5kb of bandwidth due to overhead
