Generally speaking, yes, you can play two sports in high school. It depends on whether or not the practice and game schedules have conflicts. Certainly if the two sports have different seasons, there should be little to no conflict.

Where I went to high school, it was pretty common for the real "jocks" to participate in three sports (football in the fall, Basketball or Wrestling in the winter, and Golf, tennis, baseball or track in the spring).
