Yes. But you need to be dual roster and noted as such on your AL team's roster. Also you must commit to your legion team through your league playoffs and advancement. If you miss an AL game in a postseason tournament (District, Regional, State on up) to attend an AAU game or showcase, you no longer have AL eligibility.
