It would depend on the person and the class...I would say it's probably not advisable to experiment with this unless it really doesn't matter whether you pass or not.

Well it is possible but only 10% possible and 90% impossible and to be honest what if the teacher gives you a test the next day you might have a 80% of failing and 20% of passing because you cut class last time and didn't learn anything
