No. Deliberate kicking of an opponent is seen as dangerous play and is rewarded by a red card and 3 week suspension. You may however, use the heel of the boot to drag a player out of the way in the ruck. Any player found stamping on a players joints is again red carded.

no you cannot fight in rugby. you are ejected from a match for unsportsmanlike conduct and your team has to play a man down.
