Can you go paint balling with a cast on?

no because it will hurt your hand even more when it trying to heal im in a cast and basket ball is my favor it sport and my mom and dad are trying to make me stay away form it in till it heals so i cant w8 in till my arm is better ps i cant play for 30 day :'( crying if you dont no that face mean

I suppose so, it will most likely interfere with your play however. But be sure to ask the field ref or owner first, it would not be fun to get halfway into the day then have them notice your cast and say you can not play
