Yes! Though this is what I did when I did it during a Netball gala day:
I wore my netball body suit dress (under the skirt it has a bit that doesn't show your undies :L
Then I wore two night time pads (haha I know but I was being extra cautious
Then two pairs of undies
Then a pair of scrunchies (the ones usually little girls wear under their dresses
Then two pairs of little cotton shorts
As you can imagine it was very tight but I didn't leak and lasted the whole day without changing (I know pretty unhygienic) even though it was on my 2nd day! If you do what I did for one game I can assure you nothing will leak! I lasted a gala day so i think one game will be okay (:
