Hockey is a contact sport and is played at a high pace. I would not recommend playing in a hockey game while pregnant for safety reasons; but keeping active is important, so you may consider skating at a safe pace to get some exercise.

Considering the fact how few women play Baseball, and none at all on anything resembling a professional sport- this is an unusual question. My guess the hazards of being hit by a pitched or batted ball would be overwhelming against any ball-playing of this type. It would be drastically unfair, fans would notice.

I'm pretty sure you can do whatever you want when your pregnant just don't dive on the ground and go crazy...and make sure its ok with your doctor.
