Yes just take it apart and mail it registered mail, also insure it if you want.

EDIT:

just send it in the full box. unless your sending it out of the USA..then you would put it under paintball marker.. you may want to take the bolt out to be safe

Elaboration: Make sure not to send a full air tank or any Co2 tank if you are mailing by air. It is illegal and dangerous.

Technically yes, though it is not very legal. There would be much lower risk if you dis-assembled it and mailed the parts separate from each other. There is a risk that you can be arrested if you get busted. Goodluck : ]

yes, however you should not pack it in carry-on luggage, and do not bring an airtank unless it has been disassimbled and inspected. Most fields will rent you an air-tank for very cheep rather than have you remove the regulator on your tank.

Yes it can as long as they are legal in the country that you are sending it too. Make sure you call it a paintball marker, not a paintball gun on the contents list.
