Well you must first ask what sport and you would assume this is referring to Hockey.
So with hockey in mind you have two distinct differences NHL versus USA hockey rules. Ant the simplest answer is NO you can't check a goalie in or out of the crease. But for a more defined answer from both rule books see below.
USA HOCKEY RULE...
Rule 606 Charging
(b) A minor or a major penalty shall be imposed on a player who
body checks or charges a goalkeeper while the goalkeeper is
within his goal crease or privileged area.
A goalkeeper is NOT "fair game" just because he is
outside his privileged area. A penalty for interference or
charging should be called in every case where an opposing
player makes unnecessary contact with a goalkeeper.
NHL RULE...
69.2 Penalty - In all cases in which an attacking player initiates intentional
or deliberate contact with a goalkeeper, whether or not the goalkeeper
is inside or outside the goal crease, and whether or not a goal is
scored, the attacking player will receive a penalty (minor or major, as
the Referee deems appropriate). In all cases where the infraction
being imposed is to the attacking player for hindering the goalkeeper's
ability to move freely in his goal crease, the penalty to be assessed is
for goalkeeper interference.
In exercising his judgment, the Referee should give more significant consideration to the degree and nature of the contact with
the goalkeeper than to the exact location of the goalkeeper at the time
of the contact.

Yes, as long as they are in the goalie box
7 including the goalie
There are 13 on each team, but only 7 play at one time (One of them is the goalie). The other 6 are subs and can be substituted in for any player (except the goalie) at any time. Goalies can be changed between quarters.
You can pour it in at any time, but the level is checked with it idling in neutral. You can pour it in at any time, but the level is checked with it idling in neutral.

yes the goalie can do that but i don't think the goalie would want to kick the puck because it might result in a goal. Also the goalie can save the puck with any part of his body.
11 including the goalie
6 Skaters on the ice for each time at any given time, this includes the goalie. This number obviously changes when penalties are in effect. 3 Offensive players; Left Winger, Center, and Right Winger; 2 defensemen and one goalie is generally the most common lineup set.
You can hold the ball above your head at any time in the match with both hands.
Last time I checked there wasn't any at all.
No. The goalie only has to leave the field if he/she is given a red card, same as any other player.
