Volleyball officials are the only ones who have the right to call "in or out." They monitor the court making sure one of the players does not touch the tape of the net or go under the net. They are most of the time helpful in volleyball games. :)

Volleyball is a game played between two teams on a court divided in half by a net. Each team has 6 players on each side at a time. Substitutions can be made during the game. The point of the game is to have the volleyball never touch the floor on your side of the court and to get the ball over the net to go inside of the opponent's side of the court.
The volleyball may touch the net while crossing over it. A volleyball driven into the net may be played within the limits of the 3 team hits, so long as it indeed remains in play (typically: stays in-bounds and off the ground). If the ball rips the net or tears it down the rally must be replayed.
