There really is no "best head". Everybody prefers different things. I mean of course there are some heads that are better than others, but its like trying to say which car is the best. Usually for defense you qould want a nice stiff head to give hard poke checks without bendingso you could go with the revo pro or the stiffi.for attach usually they go with lightness so you could go with the torque. For middie you could sue anything but you would want a nice and flexable head if you faceoff.

Kryptolite D-pole is too weak even though its a good light shaft. Wooden ones are the most sturdy shafts since they don't bend or dent easily. I had a Kryptolite D- pole and by the 2nd day, it was bent in 3 different directions. Wooden sticks are firm and strong, but its a bit heavy.
