technically no. Once a yellow has been shown the player is off for the 10 minutes. However, where that play is classed as a speciality position (only one of the front row) a reserve may be fielded but another play must leave to make room for them. In the case of a front row player having to have a yellow card replacement its normally the blind side flanker that leaves the field of play
Red carded
for two yellows it is a one match ban, for a straight red it is three matches.
yes you can. you can be red carded which means you are sent off of the pitch for the remainder of the match.
If you are referring to the "high tackle" which used to be called a stiff arm tackle - then no. If you are caught using this practice its a 10 minute sin bin or if its the second yellow offence - your red carded. In rugby you can also be cited after a match by a citing official - this can also bring a ban
We need at least two numbers on the PCM to match and replace it.

Substitutions are only allowed in a cricket match for very specific reasons. These include, injury, illness, or other wholly acceptable reasons.
The Italian football team won the 2006 fotball world cup in germany. They won the finals against France. Ace French star Zinedine Zidane who was playing his last international match was red-carded in the match after head-butting Italy's Marco Materazzi. Zidane had earlier scored of a penalty in the match.

Yes, there are some of my friends who are allergic to the match box and match sticks.
