Yes to make the pocket( where you should be catching the ball ) bigger or if it just feels better you can put two finger in the last hole and 1 in each of the next 2 that makes the finger closest to the pocket empty which eventually turns into part of the pocket. It may feel wierd at first but I would say it is the best way I play for Team Western Canada I it works great for me
