In the 2008-2009 season, the Cavaliers are going to make the playoffs.

I'm not sure when this question was first asked, but I am responding in Summer 2005, and I believe they will make the 2006 playoffs. They have made a couple important offseason moves, and I think that will get them over the hump. Remember, at the end of the 2004-2005 regular season, they missed the playoffs by only one game.
