there are no problems with them, guys like LT and dawkins wear them , it doesn't bother them. (Actually LT and Dawkins don't wear mirrored visors they wear the dark tinted black Oakley visors) Wearing a mirrored football visor is alot like wearing a normal tinted football visor because behind the mirror there is a certain tint to the visor if you want to check it out you can find out what its like by checking out the sunglasses tints on the oakley website. The only difference is that it reflects the light away from your eyes while tinting instead of just tinting. There is nothing harmful about wearing them besides they look sweet. They are banned from virtually all football leagues because the excuse that if you get a concussion they need to see your eyes yet you are allowed to wear a black visor. The only time it could probably ever bother you is at a night game if you are a receiver.
No. Mirrored visors are not allowed in middle school nor high school football.
Football visors are made up of the same material that tinted windows are made of. By.

Football helmets that have visors on them are used to help protect the player's eyes from the sunlight, dirt or grass. An example of a football player that uses this type of helmet is Chevis Jackson.

Football visors can help ward off unwanted glare from the sun. The same visors can also be treated by the player's optometrist to correct vision if they choose not to wear contacts or glasses while they play. Although the visors can come in many colors, most people, often than not, choose the clear visors because of preference.

I live in Texas, and high school football prohibits all visors with color/tint (grey/smoke)
NCAA football members may wear tinted visors only under special conditions. Documentation from an ophthalmologist and/or neurologist must be obtained by the member to prove the need for tinted visors.
