Yes, there are cheats for NCAA 10, but there not type-in cheats like other games, they're found in pennants. You can get pennants by doing stuff like Road to Glory, Play Now, Dynasty Mode, stuff like that. And when you do those games, you earn credits. You have to have either I think 25 or 50 credits to buy a pennant. I did this on PS2, so results might be different on other consoles.
