The prices are generally set per tile, not per court (for example, a good quality basketball court is usually made out of tiles that cost around $15 a piece).

starting at 50 grand you can get a hard surface tennis court, plexi or other cushioning type are a bit more expensive and the type of contractor you get. Technically the larger the land you have the cheaper it is, but that is not true in all cases. Grass Courts are a bit more expensive, but is expensive overall because of the maintanance. Clay courts are for only dry climate regions, chances are most people won't be able to handle the expense of clay courts.
