hand eye coordination is key. For example vault when you jump on the springboard you always need to know right then what direction you are going in and where your hands are going to be.
Beam is the biggest thing. If you want to do a backhand spring or just a simple handstand or cartwheel YOU ALWAYS NEED TO KNOW WHERE YOUR FEET AND HANDS ARE! Or you could end up splitting the beam and trust me that hurts!

Eye-hand coordination is important for sports or when you have a really angry spouse and they throw things at you cause if you have eye-hand coordination than you can catch watever they are throwing.^_^
it gives you better coordination because in volleyball you have to be watching the ball, your teammates, the opponent, the boundaries, adn the net. It can get difficult trying to make a perfect pass or set or serve or spike. It also helps your hand eye coordination because you have to watch the hit your hand or arms but u also have to know where you want to hit- kind of like a target. also your timing has to be either perfect or close to perfect.
Most do especially sport which include fast movement and balls. Some are... Table tennis, Football, Baseball, Tennis, Karate and Rounders. These are just a few.
