In Washington D.C. the reflecting pool has the Lincoln Memorial at the west and the WWII memorial at the east end. The Washington Monument Memorial can be seen in the pool also if you are at the west end looking east.

The Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool
The Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool is the man-made body of water to the west of the Washington Monument. Construction began in 1922 and was completed in 1923.

The reflection pool in Washington D.C. is a long rectangular pool located at the base of the Lincoln Memorial. At the eastern end of the pool is the World War II Memorial, and at the western end is the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. The pool empties into a small plaza with steps leading up to the Lincoln Memorial.
Near the Lincoln Memorial end of the reflecting pool is the Vietnam Memorial, including The Wall of casualty names, the statue "Three Fighting Men," and the Vietnam Women's Memorial statue. The two Jima Marine Corps memorial and the Korean War memorial are in Arlington, Virginia.
