British cyclist Rebecca Romero http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rebecca_Romero who won a cycling gold medal at the 2008 Games and a rowing silver at Athens 2004. The only other person to achieve something similar in recent times is American Tim Shaw with a swimmming/Water Polo combo.
