Get some Bengay or IcyHot or any kind of muscle relaxer. Apply it to your entire shoulder (front near collar bone, side main muscle, back low and high). When you warm up, throw at about 50% for a very short while, then stretch very well, then throw at about 70% for another short while. Make sure not to overdue your warm up. Continue stretching between innings.
