feedback from a coach, time, video etc.
For example, swimming.
Timed sessions and the differences between the two.
Feed back from your coach - what you did well and what you need to improve on.
Seeing yourself on video gives you a chance to see what you have to improve yourself and analyse it to see what you need to improve on.
Sweet(:

The opposite of extrinsic (external, unessential) would be intrinsic (innate, inherent, or essential).
Cuts, bruises, and grazes are all extrinsic injuries, as they are all caused by exterior forces or objects. Intrinisic injuries would be those caused by the movement of the body, such as injuries to muscles, joints, tendons, and ligaments.
A unique sport is a sport that is uncommon sport- something hardly anyone plays. An example would be fencing.
Intrinsic feedback in sport would be you personality criticizing your performance giving mental feedback in what you can improve on in situations. this is used by every sports person in every sport because every sports person will need to develop and build there performance personally without the help of a coach!!
If your boss told you that you are a lazy person, that is not constructive feedback. Its negative feedback. If they however told you that you need to put more effort into your work by, say, come to work earlier, that would be constructive feedback.

i wish someone smart would answer this.
Volume can be intrinsic or extrinsic, depending on the context. Intrinsic volume refers to the amount of space occupied by an object or substance itself, while extrinsic volume includes the space occupied by the object or substance together with any surrounding or enclosing space. For example, the intrinsic volume of a solid object would be the amount of space it occupies, while the extrinsic volume would include the space it occupies along with any air or other material surrounding it.
In sociology, the two main types of feedback are positive and negative. An example of positive feedback would be receiving an A+ on a paper one has studied hard for. Negative feedback would be to receive a poor grade in a test the person hasn't studied for.
telling a coworker he or she is doing something wrongAn example of positive feedback on something like Ebay would be:"Item delivered quickly and not damaged."Negative feedback:"Item in tatters when it arrived. Took three weeks to get here."Feedback is just a response to something someone else does.those two things are examples of positive and negative feedbacks not just any kind of feedback
Depending on the sport. Football for example everytime the ball carrier makes a touchdown they would probably shout, "TOUCHDOWN." In soccer after the ball handler kicks the ball in the net they would probably shout, '"Goal!"
