balance is soo importat in all sports as there is receptors in the joints caled propioceptors whih it when its affcted it cause marked decrease in the effecincy pf the player
for example in case of ankle sprain balance and propiocebtion training are from the main items of the rehabilitation program
sports eg foot ball ,soccer,hand,basket and volly ball as well as fighting games that request some times standin on one limb only for a seconds
