Most sports require flexibility. In Baseball, the pitcher needs to have a flexible shoulder in order to pitch without injuring himself. One also needs flexibility for ice skating, gymnastics and dance.

the fastest way to become flexible is is by yoga do sports get lots of sleep and exercise
maybe you should join dance or gymnastics or if your not into sports just make a stretching routine and you will be flexible in no time
it depends which sport it is. some make you healthier and you lose weight. other sports make you stronger and more flexible.
your muscles and joints work better meaning you can be better at sports. Plus you can show off to your friends :P
I believe any brand is good for running and some sports. As long as the shoe is comfortable and flexible to the way your foot moves, the shoe should be fine for multitasking.
