It stands for: Social, Technological, Economic, Environmental, Political and Legal You would use it to prompt discussion about change impacts or change drivers. For example, 'What impacts do we see from a social perspective as a result of the changes we see', or' What social drivers of change do we see that might push, or pull us to change...'
