There is no limit, but the limit in the MLB 2K series is 255. In professional Baseball there is no score limit. A team may score as many runs as they can. In some amateur baseball (high school, college, Little League, etc.). A rule may be applied that will end a game should a team be ahead by a certain number of runs (10, 15, etc.) after a certain number of innings have been played.

No. The game is played until a team wins, no matter how many innings.

Although the conclusion of the game may be delayed due to weather or light, the game will continue upon conditions and scheduling permitting--and the game will be played to its conclusion.

The recommendation from the American Sports Medicine Institute (ASMI) for 17-18 year old is 106 pitches per game (maximum) and four day rest between games.
