Everyone develops at a different speed but I would say an AA, A and maybe a small B cup size is average size for 11 year olds.
Around 55mph. Twelve year olds in the little league world series generally pitch from the high 50s to the low 60s The teams that make it to the late rounds of the LLWS pitch 65-75 mph. Average speeds by pitch type range as follows: * fastball 50-60 * changeup 40-50 * slider 40-55 * curve 35-45 * knuckleball 30-40 (but it wont move until 50mph) See http://www.efastball.com/baseball/pitching/grips/average-pitching-speed-by-age-group/
