This question is very much open to opinion, but the pros are that the game is alot more fairer for both teams. "Cough (England in the world cup)". The negatives is that the game will not be as fluent as in Rugby they waste time and it is boring while they sort it out. Also then the ref will feel less in control than usual. But everyone has their own opinions so look at others aswell.
