Climber B at 20,000ft would have more diffaculty breathing. Because he is alot higher than climber A. As a matter in fact Climber A would be breathing normally because 2000ft is only about 1000 meters, which is an altitude to low that the airchange wouldent even be 1% different than it is at sea level.
