Well it depends on what level you want to do it at, it is incredibly hard to do really well, although quite easy to do for fun. It is easier to do well if you have good rhythem. Yet I personaly have terrible rythme and am pretty bad at tap dancing and I still find it a great fun hobby and work-out for my back, my feet, and my legs.
