how to play: 1st of all the main rules of the game are
1 - always hit the ball behind the middle line first, or it would be a full and you would be out.
2 - don't let the ball bounce twice in you square, but it comes into your square and bounces once it is ok but still remember 1. If it happens to bounce twice in you're square before you hit or when you hit it it bounces twice in your square it is doubles and you would be out.
3 - when you hit the ball into the opponents square it must go in the opponents square or else it is called out , and then your out.
BE CAREFUL!!- TO NOT DO ROLLS WHEN DOING A POWER SHOT !! IF IT ROLLS WITHOUT BOUNCING YOU'RE OUT~!
now for a few tips on how to win.
1 - first of all the most easy way to win is to verse a crap person.
2 - if you are versing a regularly good person you can do a power shot(shown later on).
3 - another way to win is to hit the ball from one side to the other making the opponent run and eventually miss, however be careful not to hit it out or you will be out.
Now for the power shot, which is probably the most used in the game of handball.
First when the ball comes to you(if it is a good nice soft shot, if it is hard wait until later on)and bend down low and extend your arm back all the way. Then when the ball is about 8 cm from the ground quickly flick your arm forward and hit the ball hard.
The trick to doing a power shot is when you hit the ball try and make the ball just bounce and go very fast and low. the better and the harder you can hit the ball hit it lower then 8cm until your about 1-2cm of the ground, if you want you can try to hit it lower but there has to be room for your finger tips. Be careful not to miss the ball and don't wait to long or else you will scrape your fingers along to the floor, and then it will be rolls and you will be out.

Netball is a team game and requires the effort, agility and skill of all the players in the team. I've found that having a pattern in the way the ball is passed on your team is helpful, and my team is more successful when we play like this.
