you need to shoot more than i think its 7 , 8 , or 9 items out of the sky first , (they are usually Mario items if you are luckyv ) once you have done that somtime a present will be in the sky with 3 balloons attached to it once you shoot all 3 balloons with ur normal slingshot , the golden slingshot is yours :)
