to get into the ais first u need ot have some sort of athletic backround if ur lazy and a couch potato then the AIS is definatly not for you
the ais (Australian institute of sport) requires u to be sucessful in th epsort u play
eg. gymnastics, Netball, footy, Rugby. ECT
u need to have represented the state you have come from in your particular sport. aswell as representing ur state in their institute of sport
eg. WAIS (western Australian institue of sport)
then once represnting in those u need to be at the top and be chosen by the AIS selectors to ebter the AIS.
