Heat rash usually occurs where there is skin on skin contact (e.g. inner thigh, under or between the breasts, or under arm)

When your body gets over heated, those areas get especially hot and cause skin irritation. It's usually described as a burning or prickly pain, but is sometimes itchy too.

To prevent it, stay out of the heat, or keep skin on skin areas well ventilated. Cool rags help as well.
