Im 13 5.5 and 112lbs and I bench press at around 140-150lbs that's a bit better than a 14 year old that does weightlifting so you should be able to bench press at least 3/4 of your own weight. my records. deadlift: 250lbs-280lbs benchpress: 140-150lbs squat: 190-200lbs
I would guess 100-150. Well if you cant do even that you really need to do some serious trainning. My brother can do something like 300 and is a nerd (sorry bro)
Well this question can be different for each running back in the NFL. But since the running back position does not need to be the strongest person on the team, I would have to say that the average NFL running back benches some where around at least one thousand pounds honestly, in my opinion, thats where they would need to be to get notist by a scout
