Ice skating is fun for many reasons. Not only is it a good work out, but the feeling of gently gliding over the ice is one that many people would love the most. When you do a jump and land it you instantly feel excited and want to do it again! Ice skating is fun because its just another way to express yourself. its a way to get your mind off of the things that trouble you. Also, what I find most fun about ice skating is preforming in ice shows. People all over the stands yell with excitement and cheer you on!! when your done with a show you feel happy and accomplished and you get lots of complements! Receiving metals and trophies is also another reason why I really enjoy ice skating and that's why it is fun for me. While your in figure skating you also get to wear very beautiful dresses! Its a really fun activity and i love snow and rollor skating so ice skating is my favorite thing to do in the winter! ( and fall!).
