Nobody knows exactly who the first professional skateboarder was. All we know that one of the best skateboarders is Rodney Mullen. Rodney Mullen has invented most of the tricks and has been around for 40 years. ----

I'm not quite sure about a true professional but the first three top skaters were Jay Adams, Tony Alva, and Stacy Peralta. The three were featured in the Movie "The Lords of Dogtown". directed by Cathrine Hardwicke.
