a Nollie treflip or Nollie 360 flip is a Nollie 360 shuvit and a nollie kickflip but my friend Lyle thinks its a since its Nollie the shuvits switch if a nollie backside shuv go's backwards and a Nollie front side shuvit go's forward but and he thinks the all his tricks change because he's regular and i skate goofy like he thinks a varial is a hard flip and he thinks my hard flip is a varial kick flip and he thinks my varial is a hard flip

It's not really that hard- just have the right amount of power (trying it a lot helps) If you have too much power, you'll fall on your knees when you land, but if you don't have enough, you'll land on your butt. Find the perfect amount of power. Before you flip, you have to act like you're throwing a ball or reaching for the sky, then bring your hands to your knees. You might not get it the first try, but keep on trying, and eventually you'll get it.
What you'll want to do is first master the kickflip and the pop-shuvit.
Essentially, the Tre-Flip is both of these movements combined at the same times. e.g The "rolling" foot motion of your front foot combined with the "shuv it" movement which turns the skateboard.
Best of luck mate! Keep skating!
Easy you just do it or else your a faliure and should not be skating.
You just hate this Skateboarding trick.
or.. jump forward, backward ect. towards where the board lands.
Pick your front foot up high after you scoop and judge where the back bolts/tail are going to be and then step down. This will take time to get a feel for, but the time is worth it.
