LA Manufacturing hasn't made any Grizzly Winmag pistols in almost 20 years... and from the look of it they probably won't come back (unfortunately). Mark V's were actually less common than the Mark I so that adds to its value a bit. I'd estimate if it is in decent condition, $1000-2000 would be a fair price.
The LAR Grizzly is not chambered for .50 BMG. LAR made a pistol called the Grizzly Mark V chambered for .50AE, and they currently make a single-shot rifle in .50BMG called the Big Boar.

It is worth about $50 - $75 in working condition.
For 1891, the value is really determined by the mint mark. One with no mint mark is worth $22 to $30, depending on condition. An 1891-O is worth $22 to $90. The '91-S is $22 to $50. Then the more elusive '91-CC is worth at least $50 and as much as $200.
