One of the main points that sells an insurance policy is the trustworthiness and reputation of the company. A good advertisement needs to dispel the notion that insurance salesmen are crooks. It needs to display risk in a practical, everyday way that people can relate to and highlight what makes the company ideal for covering this risk. Attractive addendums such as speed of processing of claims, amount covered, other benefits offered need to be highlighted. It is very important to differentiate: what makes my insurance policy superior to a similar one provided by a competing firm?
