It all depends on how long you've been skating. you should at least be able to ollie, and 50-50 grind within the first month or two.
by the age of 10 you should start being able to do tricks like triple heelflip 360's and other more simple moves, such as front flips. However when you start getting better you should move on to more advanced moves like hippy jumps, ollies and cavemans.
There are a lot of little tricks, but the best one of all is this: During the whole school year before the Olympiad, do all of your homework, and learn the math. That way, no matter what problem they throw at you in the Olympiad, you'll be able to solve it, and you won't need any other tricks.

Well, it depends what you're using it for, like just cruising around, or doing tricks at skateparks and bikeparks, and if you do use it for tricks then it matters if you are beginning or not.

There are very minimal jobs out there for a 15 year old kid. I know a 15 year old kid who works as a paintball referee. You may also be able to work at a skate park or at a roller rink.
