Because u most likely don't have friends to skate with or don't have friends at all if u do have freinds that skate its a good thing because if there better that u they can help u or they can give u tips or u can give them tips if u do have freinds and u still don't know how to skate or do at least 2 or 3 tricks after a good 4 months then u need to man up and go a a pair of balls and give it ur all and full dedication and go for the trick you know give it a 100 and 10 percent if u follow these steps u would be guerrented to skate better and if u fall while skateing don't cry that's just pathetic just pick up ur board dust ur self off and get up and go for it again if u still preety suck then to go to YouTube and look up how to......... whatever trick u want to learn but start off with the basics like ollie,pop shuvs,180's, maybe even a kickflip i know sometimes it gets boring or frusterating but don't give up i started skateing since i was 8 now im 12 and i stared not even knowing how to make you board pop and now i can switch flip,backside flip, 360 kickflip, fakie bigflip, kickflip varial, heelflip, kickflip sex change, big spin, 360 shuv its point is DO NOT QUIT I KNOW ITS HARD BUT DONT QUIT not to be cocky but i skated for a long time and i never quit and now im really good
