Yes. If it was small drops from sweat or something then its ok, but if its from like rain, then you need to dry the board, including the trucks, bearings, and pretty much everything, cuz if you don't its gonna rust, same thing happened to my board, and I really regret it, and another thing is if you get too much water on the board you can still dry of the trucks, bearings and wheels but the board will mess up, and the board won't give you that snapping sound whenever you do an olie.

Putting water on a skateboard can make it slippery and harder to control. This can increase the risk of accidents and falls since the wheels may have less traction on wet surfaces. It is generally not recommended to skate on a wet skateboard for safety reasons.
It gets waterlogged, if it becomes waterlogged it does not pop as much, it sounds different and breaks alot easier. best to keep your decks out of the rain.

If the puzzle is made out of card board, it is probably a bad idea to let it get wet, because it will get very flimsy, and it will be hard to pick up and place the pieces.

if the cast gets wet, the plaster becomes soft an pliable so it defeats the purpose of making sure that the bone does not move, , you will have to have it recast.
It would be the owner of the skateboard's fault. Especially if the skateboard does any damage to that car.

It is very bad for electrical items to become wet. Most do not survive the experience. Water will corrode the electrical circuits even if it does not short out immediately.
Then the ear gets wet...
