It all depends on what you're used to. I found them to be relatively easy because I learned 360 flips first and learned how to rotate it with my back foot. Try keeping your back foot towards the center of the tail, not near either edges or the concave to prevent it from flipping. But no, many people find this to be easy but I could see how it can also trouble many people. Try watching a few trickipedia's and watching their back foot motion and practice that. Good luck!

∙ 11y agoIf you have little to no experience riding, or still are learning to ollie, then a 360 pop shuv can absolutely be difficult. However, I rarely see a true 360 pop shuv, most ppl just shuv without the pop.
If you can ollie, then you already know how to nollie. If you can't, you should probably learn that first. Keyword: practice.

Yea but your body has to 360 also as the board is doing a 360
Gazelle is a 540 shuvit with a 360 body varial(going the same way where the board spins). Rodney mullen invented it.
You can look in the trick guide under flip tricks

the best trick ever is to give your sister a fire ball and wachyour sister burn away
the best skate trick is the 360 flip(tre-flip)
Look in the trick guide ;)
First, you should know how to pop shuvit, varial kickflip and kickflip. You do not need to know how to 360 pop shuvit, as this trick comes with the tre flip. put your front foot in the middle of the board, at a 45 degree angle, and your back foot on the tail, with your toes slightly hanging off the concave of the board. You want to make sure your feet are perfectly set up, as this is very important when landing the 360 flip. lean mostly on your front foot, and scoop the board in a V shape (down then up). Your front foot should slide straight out in front of you, so you should look like your doing a ninja kick. watch the board as it spins, and try to stay in the air as long as possible, because when you learn this trick, you tend to underflip it at first. once it rotates completely, stomp your feet down and roll away as clean as possible. If you keep landing on the nose of the board (a common mistake), try to scoop and flick the board as hard as you can, moving forward so the board stays under you. Go have fun! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Actually you should know how to do a 360 popshuvit. Its reccomended if you want to know how to do a 360 flip.
