A decent, standard, fully set-up longboard can run anywhere from $150.00 to $300.00. Decks, by themselves, are usually between $50.00 to $120.00. If you're new to longboarding, and don't want to spend too much money, then invest in a Sector 9, Arbor, or Dregs brand longboard. They're some of the best boards, and they are very cheap. Standard boards by these brands are usually about $160.00 and come with the full set up. (Trucks, Wheels, Deck, Bearings, etc.)
