Personally, for me Skateboarding yes can loose some weight. Ive been skateboarding for 3 years now and yeah ive lost some weight. not intentionally but you lose it mostly in the lower body, hips, thighs, butt, legs.

Any activity that gets your heart pumping is a good way to burn more calories, which in turn, can lead to weight loss. Be sure to wear the proper protective equipment when skateboarding.
